NRG is a concept created by the drummer/producer Chiminyo, exploring the raw, improvised energy at the heart of the London music scene. Recorder live at the legendary jazz club Ronnie Scott's with a carefully curated line-up of London's finest jazz and electronic musicians. NRG is a celebration of pure spontaneous musical expression. Chiminyo brings together a different line-up of his favourite musicians to record a live album of improvised beats and vibes that ooze the sound of the scene and the city.
