The first full-length LP from Estonian composer and keyboardist Volodja Brodsky was recorded during his trip to the USA in 2018–2019 and highlights his passion for the transformative power of minimalism as an art form. Whispering Ln serves as a follow-up to his keyboard work with the psych-funk Estonian band Estrada Orchestra, the krautrock cosmic music group Centre El Muusa, and the jazz ensemble Misha Panfilov Septet.

The music is lucidly minimalistic yet tender, full of mesmerizing overtones. Brodsky delves into deep, expansive sounds, allowing each note to reach its full potential before soothingly dissolving into infinity. It feels like gazing at an unusually beautiful landscape—there’s no need to rush, and you have time to savor every detail, noticing the smallest nuances and every curve of the horizon.
